De Maio Law, PLLC, an immigration law firm located in Coral Gables, is seeking a creative, motivated, and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our online presence.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of our digital marketing efforts, combining social media management, content creation, video editing, SEO, and local search optimization to strengthen our brand, increase online visibility, grow our audience, and generate qualified leads.

Responsibilities:

Manage the firm’s social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile.
Create engaging social media posts, graphics, and other visual content.
Create, edit, and publish short-form videos, Reels, and other video content for social media.
Develop and implement a consistent social media and digital content strategy.
Create and manage a monthly content calendar and schedule posts consistently.
Research relevant topics, trends, hashtags, and content opportunities.
Optimize website content for SEO, including keywords, page titles, meta descriptions, internal links, and website copy.
Improve the firm’s local SEO and Google search visibility.
Optimize and regularly update the firm’s Google Business Profile.
Manage and improve online directory listings and local citations.
Identify opportunities for new website pages, articles, and blog content based on relevant search terms and potential client searches.
Monitor keyword rankings, website traffic, social media performance, engagement, and lead generation.
Use analytics and performance data to identify what is working and continuously improve our digital marketing strategy.
Provide regular reports on social media growth, engagement, website traffic, Google rankings, and leads.
Maintain a consistent, professional, polished, and inclusive brand image across all digital platforms.

Qualifications:

Experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, or a related field.
Experience creating professional social media posts and graphics.
Strong video editing skills and experience creating Reels and short-form social media videos.
Working knowledge of SEO and local SEO.
Experience with Canva or similar graphic design platforms.
Familiarity with social media scheduling and management tools.
Knowledge of Google Business Profile.
Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Search Console is strongly preferred.
Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple projects.
Creative, proactive, and results-oriented.
Spanish-language skills are strongly preferred.
Experience marketing professional services, legal services, or similar businesses is a plus.
